The Crew Vitality Method™ for yacht crew
You keep the yacht running. Let’s make sure your body can keep up.
Functional lab testing and 1:1 coaching for superyacht and charter crew, built around charters, rotations and meals you don’t control.
Limited spaces. After you apply, we start with a free 30-minute call to make sure it’s the right fit.

Sound familiar?
- You wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep.
- Coffee and sugar are what get you through a busy trip.
- Your digestion is unpredictable and you’re bloated more often than not.
- Brain fog, mood swings, or a shorter fuse with the crew than you’d like.
- Your energy, cycle or drive feels off and you can’t work out why.
- You’ve tried to get healthier on board, and it hasn’t stuck.
Your body isn’t broken. It’s responding to the environment you’re in.
Why generic health advice doesn’t survive a charter season
Always on, always depleted
Late nights, early starts and being on call mean your body never fully switches off. Pushing through works, until it doesn’t.
You don’t control the environment
The chef decides what you eat. The water you drink and shower in, the cabin, and the lack of privacy and quiet all add load you can’t simply opt out of.
You don’t know where to start
Generic diets and workout plans don’t fit your schedule, and guessing costs time and money you don’t have.
How it works
Twelve weeks of 1:1 coaching, with support beyond that to help you complete your protocol.
-
Test
Your lab kits are sent to you, with full instructions. Five at-home functional tests:
- Minerals and heavy metals (hair)
- Gut health, yeast and vitamins (urine)
- Omega-3, vitamin D and inflammation (finger prick)
- Food sensitivities (finger prick)
- Hormones, adrenal stress and thyroid (saliva and blood spot)
Tests are processed by accredited functional medicine labs. How long results take depends on where you are and the lab.
-
Understand
We go through your results together in plain language, and I build your personalised protocol around life on board.
-
Coach
Your 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching start once your results are in: a private call every two weeks, with WhatsApp support in between.
-
Complete
Protocols are layered in one at a time, never all at once, and each one typically runs 6 to 12 weeks. Support continues beyond the 12 weeks to help you complete your protocol.
Along the way we work through the five phases of the method: Assess, Rebalance, Detox, Restore and Sustain.
What’s included
- Five at-home functional lab tests (hair, urine, finger prick, saliva and blood spot), with guidance from ordering to results
- A full results review with me, in plain language
- A personalised protocol across nutrition, recovery, hormones and performance
- 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching, with a private call every two weeks
- WhatsApp support between calls
- Supplement guidance based on your results, not guesswork
- Support continues beyond the 12 weeks to help you complete your protocol.
- A final review and a long-term maintenance plan

Built by someone who’s been there
I spent 20 years in yachting and professional sailing, as deckhand, stewardess, chef, first mate and captain. I watched crew, me included, ignore the early warning signs until their body forced the issue. I burned out myself.
The Crew Vitality Method is what I wish I’d had: real data, a plan built for life on board, and someone in your corner who understands the job.

Questions crew ask
Who is the Crew Vitality Method for?
Yacht crew on superyachts and private or charter vessels who are dealing with fatigue, burnout, gut issues, hormonal changes, or health that has quietly slipped. It’s for men and women in any role or department.
How much does it cost?
Programmes start from €1,750 (ex VAT), which includes your five at-home lab tests, lab review and personalised protocol. The full Crew Vitality Method adds 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching, with support beyond that to help you complete your protocol. After you apply, we have a free 30-minute call and find the option that fits you.
How do the lab tests work?
Five at-home functional tests:
- Minerals and heavy metals (hair)
- Gut health, yeast and vitamins (urine)
- Omega-3, vitamin D and inflammation (finger prick)
- Food sensitivities (finger prick)
- Hormones, adrenal stress and thyroid (saliva and blood spot)
Tests are processed by accredited functional medicine labs. Most are simple at-home samples, not blood draws. I support you through ordering, completing and sending them back. Shipping and processing times depend on where you are and the lab, so we plan around your schedule.
How long does it take?
Your 12 weeks of coaching start once your lab results are in. Protocols are introduced one at a time, and each typically runs 6 to 12 weeks. Support continues beyond the 12 weeks to help you complete your protocol.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No. Everything is built around life on board, including the fact that you don’t control the galley. The focus is on what you can sustain, not restriction.
What if I’m on a busy trip and miss a call?
Calls are scheduled around your work and time zone, and they can move when a trip gets busy. Life on board is unpredictable, and the programme is built with that in mind.
Is this medical treatment?
No. I’m a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, not a doctor, and I don’t diagnose or treat disease. The work is coaching and education based on your lab data, and it sits alongside your doctor’s care, not in place of it.
